Our Promise to You
We want you to love your gear. If something’s off, we’ll make it right. Below are the details of our refund and return policy so you know exactly what to expect.
🛠️ Refund & Return Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements if:
✅ Your item is damaged or defective
- If your order arrives with printing errors, damage, or other defects, let us know within 14 days of receiving it.
- Email us with photos of the issue for a quick fix.
✅ You got the wrong item
- If we sent you the wrong size, design, or color—oops, our bad.
- Send us a photo within 14 days, and we’ll get it sorted.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Since everything is printed on demand, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for:
❌ Changed your mind? We can’t take it back, so choose wisely.
❌ Wrong size ordered? Double-check the size chart before you buy!
❌ Incomplete or incorrect shipping address? We can’t refund orders lost due to address mistakes.
🔄 Refund & Replacement Process
1️⃣ Email us at support@revelryrewind.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
2️⃣ Once approved, we’ll:
- Send you a replacement
- Or, if we can’t replace it, issue a refund to your original payment method
📌 Important Notes:
- Refunds cover the item cost only—shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
🛑 Order Cancellations
- Need to cancel? You have 24 hours after ordering before it goes into production.
- After that, it’s locked in and can’t be canceled.
